May The Force Be With You

You’ve   heard the adage “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life?”

I wonder if that’s true for New York City based artist, Dale May, who seems to be such a die-hard Star Wars fan that he created an entire exhibit around the subject. 

He recently displayed his “Lego Wars” exhibit at Samuel Owen Gallery in Greenwich Connecticut.

May used macro photography and a special light contouring process to capture the end result for these pieces of art.

For me, I love the mix of the Star Wars characters with high fashion couture like Louis Vuitton.  Can’t you envision one of these in your living room?
