Upside Down Tree, not for me!

No, the photo isn't upside down.  But the tree is. 
What are your thoughts on the upside down Christmas Tree?  Literally the top sits in the base on the floor and balances upside down.  Maybe I've been hiding under a rock, but I have just heard of these this year.  Now even Target is selling them ($400!). 

What do you think?

    Over twenty years ago, a restaurant in Virginia Beach had them permanently placed over their larger tables.....Never a fan!
    Good as a "Conversation Piece", period
